Instiki
Mac OS X (changes)
Showing changes from revision #30 to #31:
Added | Removed
- An executable version of Instiki is available for Mac OS X which can be run without the need for a separate Ruby installation.
- Warning: This image appears to be corrupt; Stuffit will not extract it.
- Note: Instiki.app must be installed in a directory with no spaces in the name.
- Does anyone know why this is the case? Can it be fixed?
- I think this can happen if it is called from a script somewhere. I don’t know if that is the case here. It can be solved by using quotes appropriately.
- Is it only the direct parent directory that can’t contain spaces, or is it any directory in the path?
- Also, you may not rename Instiki.app to, let say, Instiki 0.10.2.app for much the same reason. Note that the older version did not have this problem, running quite happy named Instiki 0.9.2.app
- Also, this build will only run on OS X 10.4, not any earlier version of OS X.
Hi
- Note:
!Following the December, 2007 security update from Apple, this application does not appear to be working. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please post (or link to) it on this page.
